Meet Joe Locricchio
Joe Locricchio is an operational improvement leader with 25+ years of experience helping organizations improve productivity, reduce cost, increase capacity, and build more scalable ways of working.
Throughout his career, Joe has both led large-scale improvement initiatives and directly led teams to implement change across healthcare, insurance, logistics, and complex service operations. His experience spans hands-on problem solving as well as leading cross-functional teams responsible for delivering sustained performance improvements.
His work has included workflow redesign, process standardization, performance management, automation readiness, backlog reduction, and cross-functional implementation efforts.
Joe founded JALII Consulting to help organizations move beyond recommendations and implement practical improvements that create measurable results.
His approach is shaped by years of working directly with leaders, frontline teams, and cross-functional partners to understand how work actually gets done, where it slows down, and what needs to change for improvements to take hold.
Why jalii
The name JALII comes from Joe’s initials: Joseph Anthony Locricchio II. Joe was named after his grandfather, an entrepreneur who built and operated family businesses where multiple generations learned the value of hard work, accountability, service, and ownership.
Choosing those initials for the business is a nod to that legacy and to the entrepreneurial spirit that helped shape Joe’s practical, hands-on approach to helping organizations improve how work gets done.
