Throughout his career, Joe has led large-scale improvement initiatives focused on improving productivity, reducing cost, increasing capacity, and building more scalable ways of working.
He founded JALII Consulting to help organizations move beyond recommendations and turn operational opportunities into measurable business results.
The name JALII comes from Joe’s initials: Joseph Anthony Locricchio II. Joe was named after his grandfather, an entrepreneur who built and operated family businesses where multiple generations learned the value of hard work, accountability, service, and ownership.
Choosing those initials for the business is a nod to that legacy and to the entrepreneurial spirit that helped shape Joe’s practical, hands-on approach to helping organizations improve how work gets done.
